The website provides tarot card meanings, AI-generated readings, spread recommendations, and follow-up responses free of charge. No payment, subscription, or purchase of reading credits is required to use these web features. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

The Taku mobile app is a separate service. Following an app download link does not enroll you in a paid service or create a subscription. Any app-specific features or offers are governed by the terms shown there.

Who can use the website

You must be at least 16 years old to use the website. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have it. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

Readings and your decisions

Tarot content and AI-generated interpretations are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional advice, a diagnosis, or a reliable prediction of future events or another person's thoughts, feelings, or actions.

AI responses can be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your own judgment and verify relevant facts. For medical, mental health, legal, financial, or safety decisions, seek appropriate professional advice. The website is not an emergency service.

Your questions and submissions

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You authorize Taku and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process it as necessary to provide the requested reading, maintain follow-up context, operate and secure the service, and respond to your requests.

Only submit content you have the right to share. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and private information about other people. Questions may be checked, rephrased, or rejected for safety or service suitability.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, harassment, threats, exploitation, or infringement of another person's rights.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or its providers.
• Do not bypass security or abuse-prevention controls, overload the service, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts access for others.
• Do not misrepresent an AI-generated reading as verified fact or professional advice from Taku.

We may restrict requests or access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Guest sessions and availability

The website uses a guest browser identifier and temporary reading state. Clearing browser storage, changing devices, or the expiry of a service session can affect access to previous readings or follow-ups. The website does not promise a permanent reading archive.

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, network problems, service-provider outages, and safety controls can interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular reading outcome. We may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.

Website content and external services

The website's design, branding, software, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in card artwork and other third-party material remain with their respective rights holders. Your use of the website does not transfer ownership of these materials.

Social media and app-store links lead to external services with their own terms and policies. Review those terms before using the external service.
