Taku Subscription Terms
Last Updated: August 28, 2026
These Taku Subscription Terms (the "Terms") apply to paid subscriptions, membership credits, purchased credits, free trials, promotional offers, and other paid features offered by Taku.
The services are provided by Chongqing Yishi Yihua TechnologyCo., Ltd ("Taku," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid feature, you agree to these Terms, the Taku Terms of Service, and the Taku Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use paid features.
Paid Features
Taku may offer auto-renewing memberships, free trials, Membership Credits, Purchased Credits, tarot readings, full Birth Chart readings, full Compatibility readings, promotional packages, and other paid digital products.
The specific products, benefits, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, Credit amounts, Credit costs, usage limits, and other purchase conditions will be displayed in the app, on the purchase screen, or by the applicable app store or payment provider before purchase.
Paid features are digital services. Unless required by applicable law, app store rules, or payment provider rules, digital content that has been delivered, unlocked, or used, and Credits that have been consumed, may not be refundable.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Certain paid features may be offered through auto-renewing plans, including monthly and annual memberships.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal deadline required by the applicable app store or payment provider.
The subscription price, billing period, membership benefits, free trial eligibility, and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase. You authorize the applicable app store or payment provider to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
An annual membership is billed annually, but Membership Credits may be issued in monthly membership cycles as displayed in the app. Canceling the automatic renewal of an annual membership generally does not end the annual period that has already been paid for.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Taku may offer eligible users free trials, introductory offers, promotional subscriptions, or other limited-time offers.
The trial period, trial benefits, trial Credits, renewal price, eligibility requirements, and cancellation rules will be displayed before you accept the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, if you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable app store or payment provider will charge you under the renewal terms shown at purchase.
Membership Credits issued during a trial may be used only while the trial remains active. When the trial ends, eligibility is lost, or the subscription is canceled during the trial, unused trial Credits will expire according to the rules displayed in the app and will not roll over into paid Membership Credits or Purchased Credits.
After the first successful paid charge, remaining trial Credits may be removed and Membership Credits will be issued under the paid membership cycle.
Taku may change, suspend, or discontinue free trials or promotional offers where permitted by applicable law and app store rules.
Types of Credits
Taku uses Credits to unlock eligible paid content. Credits are divided into Membership Credits and Purchased Credits.
Membership Credits
Membership Credits are Credits issued to an active member during a subscription or membership cycle.
- The amount, grant cycle, and validity period of Membership Credits will be displayed on the purchase screen and in the app.
- Monthly members generally receive Membership Credits when the subscription begins and after each successful renewal.
- Annual members generally receive the first Membership Credits when the paid membership begins, followed by additional Credits in monthly cycles based on the subscription start date.
- Membership Credits refresh at the next Credit cycle. Unused Membership Credits do not roll over and expire when the cycle refreshes.
- Membership Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, redeemed for cash, or withdrawn from an account.
- If a membership expires, is refunded, is revoked, or otherwise becomes inactive, we may stop future Membership Credit grants and adjust unused Membership Credits under these Terms and the rules displayed in the app.
Purchased Credits
Purchased Credits are Credits obtained through a one-time Credit package purchase.
- A membership is not required to purchase Purchased Credits.
- Purchased Credits do not refresh or expire at the end of a Membership Credit cycle.
- Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the account is lawfully closed, or applicable law requires otherwise, Purchased Credits do not expire.
- Canceling or ending a membership does not affect valid Purchased Credits remaining in the account.
- Purchased Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, redeemed for cash, or withdrawn from an account.
Credits are not cash, a stored-value account, a bank deposit, or legal currency. They do not earn interest and cannot be used outside Taku.
Credit Grants, Balances, and Spending Order
Credits are recorded in your Taku account after they are successfully granted or purchased. The app may display a total balance and separate the source, refresh date, or status of Membership Credits and Purchased Credits.
If you have both Membership Credits and Purchased Credits, the system generally spends them in the following order:
- Membership Credits that will refresh or expire first;
- Purchased Credits that do not expire.
The number of Credits required for eligible content will be displayed before you confirm an unlock or generation. Credit costs may vary by feature, content type, promotion, or product version. The amount displayed when you confirm the transaction will apply.
Reopening an unlocked historical result, regenerating the same result because of a system error, or performing an action that the app states will not be charged again will generally not consume additional Credits. Changing key information, submitting a new question, drawing again, or generating a new report may be treated as a new paid item and consume additional Credits as displayed in the app.
Credit Deductions, Restorations, and Errors
Credits are generally deducted when you confirm an unlock, start a generation, or use the relevant paid feature.
If paid content is not successfully delivered because of a system error, server failure, duplicate deduction, or failure to generate a valid result, we may restore the Credits actually deducted based on our system records.
Restored Credits are generally returned to their original source. Membership Credits are returned as Membership Credits, Purchased Credits are returned as Purchased Credits, and mixed deductions are restored to each original source.
Restored Membership Credits remain subject to their original membership cycle and expiration time. If the original Membership Credit cycle has already ended, we may provide a reasonable resolution based on the cause of the failure, system records, and applicable rules.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, declined, or determined to be unauthorized, we may revoke the related Credits, membership benefits, or unlocked content. Where permitted by law, if those Credits have already been used, we may adjust the account balance or restrict related paid features.
How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app store or payment provider where you purchased it.
iOS / Apple App Store
To manage or cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone;
- Tap your name or Apple ID at the top;
- Tap Subscriptions;
- Find Taku in the subscription list;
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You may also manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings according to Apple's instructions.
Android / Google Play
To manage or cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app;
- Tap your profile icon;
- Select Payments & subscriptions;
- Select Subscriptions;
- Find Taku in the subscription list;
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
You may also manage subscriptions through your Google Play account according to Google Play's instructions.
Other Payment Methods
If Taku offers purchases through another payment provider, you should manage or cancel the subscription through that provider's account, billing page, or customer support channel.
Access After Cancellation
If you cancel an auto-renewing subscription, you will generally continue to receive membership benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless the applicable app store, payment provider, or law states otherwise.
While the membership remains active, Membership Credits continue to follow the current plan and Credit cycle. After the current subscription period ends, no new Membership Credits will be issued, and remaining Membership Credits will expire according to their original refresh date, membership expiration date, or the rules displayed in the app.
Purchased Credits do not expire merely because you cancel a membership and may continue to be used for eligible content as displayed in the app.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund fees already charged. Deleting the Taku app or your Taku account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment provider. You must cancel through the relevant app store or payment provider.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the rules of the app store or payment provider through which you purchased the paid feature.
For purchases made through Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund rules. For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are handled by Google under Google Play's refund rules. For other payment methods, refund requests may be handled by the relevant provider or by Taku, depending on the payment method and applicable rules.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, Taku does not guarantee refunds for partially used subscriptions, consumed Credits, delivered digital content, unlocked reports, or unused time in a billing period.
If a subscription or Credit purchase is refunded, we may revoke the corresponding membership benefits, unused Credits, and access to related digital content after the refund is confirmed.
Changes to Prices, Credits, or Benefits
We may change prices, subscription plans, membership benefits, Credit grant amounts, Credit costs, eligible uses of Credits, or promotional offers from time to time.
If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law, app store rules, or payment provider rules.
Price changes for auto-renewing subscriptions will apply according to the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider. Purchased Credits acquired before a change will remain available under the rules in effect at purchase and the then-current app rules, but eligible features and the number of Credits required to unlock content may change as the product evolves.
Payment Failure and Access Suspension
If your payment method fails, expires, is declined, or cannot be charged, access to membership benefits and other paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated, and future Membership Credit grants may stop.
The relevant app store or payment provider may retry payment, request updated billing information, or cancel the subscription under its own rules.
Account and Entitlement Verification
Subscriptions, Credits, and paid content are generally tied to the Taku account, app store account, payment account, device, or entitlement record used at purchase.
We may verify purchase status, subscription status, renewal status, cancellation status, refund status, Credit source, Credit balance, and Credit usage through app stores, payment providers, or our own systems.
If we detect fraud, abuse, refund misuse, unauthorized access, Credit errors, or entitlement errors, we may adjust Credit balances and suspend or remove paid benefits where permitted by law.
Please keep your account secure. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Credits used because of account sharing, credential disclosure, or unauthorized account access may not be restored.
No Professional Advice
Paid features may provide tarot readings, AI-generated content, Birth Chart readings, Compatibility readings, astrology-related prompts, daily guidance, follow-up responses, or other digital content.
These outputs are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, emotional companionship, and general wellness reference only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.
